退換貨品 Return Policy
- 如閣下於 Liz Floral Decoration 網站所購買的任何商品於收貨日/取貨日起計14天內因非人為損壞或質量問題均可換貨
- 14天內請聯絡我們,並提供相關的單據編號辦理換貨 (請確保商品及其包裝完整 )
- 換貨只限一次,不設退款服務
- 一經查核所購買的貨品符合退換條件,將有專人聯絡閣下安排相關退換程序
- 客戶使用後未能符合個人喜好 (例如換色)或質素未如理想,恕不接受退換
- 客製産品,除品質有損壞問題外,否則一律不能退換,請各顧客於惠顧前考慮清楚,敬希理解
- 客戶網上下單前請確保收件人名稱、收件人電話號碼及收件地址正確,提供錯誤的資料導致貨品延遲取貨及第三方盜竊的費用,要由客戶自行負責
- 所有產品包裝盒若出現刮花/凹陷為物流過程問題,故不能為包裝問題提供退換服務,敬請體諒
- 若產品表面有輕微出廠瑕疵,而其瑕疵不影響使用,恕不能退換
注意事項
如貨物未有按照在線客服提供的指示及方法辦理退換手續,本公司保留拒絕退換之權利。
完整退貨內容必須包括以下 (缺一不可):
- 全新未拆吊牌之完整包裝貨品 (請必須摺好入回包裝袋內)
- 原裝包裝袋
- 附屬配件 (如有)
- 退換貨單 (購買時的訂單在客户的電子郵箱中)
若產品有漏寄,請即時影低完整物流包裝+全單收到之產品,並將照片 WhatsApp 給我們
如商品有以下情形,恕無法辦理退換貨
1) 超過14天及非本次退貨訂單申請的退貨商品
3) 非完整包裝 (請查看上面的注意事項)
4) 已在商品上加工等非商品原樣
5) 由於電腦螢幕的設定與解析度不同,可能會有輕微色差現象,此屬正常情況,不能因為貨品存在輕微色差而要求退換(實際顏色需以官網的實物圖為準,我們對貨品是否存在明顯的色差問題會保留最終決定權)。
6) 因主觀原因而引起的退換我們有權不予退換,例如質料跟想像中不同。
7) 由於產品要為人手製作,可能會存在一些微細問題,例如輕微色差等,屬於貨品的正常情況,我們對貨品是否存在明顯的品質問題會保留最終決定權。
8) 如因人為引起的破損或引致的問題均不接受退換,對於貨品的破損或相關問題是否為人為使用不當所引起,我們公司亦會保留最終決定權。
- Any product from Liz Floral Decoration website can be exchanged due to non-human damage or quality issues within 14 days of the date of order received.
- Please contact us within 14 days and provide the relevant supporting document to exchange product (Please ensure that the product and its packaging are complete)
- Exchange is limited to once only, no refund service is provided.
- Once purchased goods fulfill return condition, we will contact you to discuss return procedures.
- If the customer is unsatisfied with personal preferences (such as color change) or the quality is not satisfactory after use, return of product will not be accepted.
- Unless with poor quality, customized products cannot be returned. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
- Before placing an order, please ensure that the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address are correct. The customer is responsible for the delay in good delivery by third-party theft due to incorrect information.
- If the packaging box is scratched/dented, it is related logistics process issue, please note that we cannot provide return of product service due to packaging issue.
- If there is a slight defect on the product surface and it does not affect the usage, the product cannot be returned.
[Important Note]
If the product are not used according to instructions and methods provided, our company reserves the right to refuse any return of product.
A complete return of must include the following items (all are indispensable):
- New and fully packaged with no tags removed (Please fold it and put it back into the packaging bag)
- Original packaging bag/ box
- Accessories (if any)
- Original Receipt (from customer’s email address)
For any missing product, please take a photo of both the package and the whole product received and send us the photo via WhatsApp
If product is with the following conditions, it will not be returned.
1) Returned goods are more than 14 days from date of received and they are not related to current order application
3) Incomplete packaging (please see the notes above)
4) The product has been processed and is not an original product.
5) Due to resolutions of computer screen, there may be slight color differences. The product cannot be returned with slight color differences (Actual color of the actual product is from the official website. We reserve the right to determine whether product with obvious color difference of not).
6) We reserve the right not to return the product because of subjective reason, such as the material is different from the photo of website.
7) There are minor differences with hand-made products, such as slight color difference. We reserve the right determine whether the product with obvious quality problems.
8) If any damage is caused by people, we are not accepted for return. Our company will also reserve the final decision on whether the product damage caused by improper use.
